High atop Lookout Mountain is Point Park, from which the Battle Above The Clouds was fought during the Civil War in 1863. Walk down a few steps to the museum and you will learn about this area and the battle that took place there. From this point, you will also be able to see the most beautiful view that you can ever hope to see of the city of Chattanooga and the bent or twisted Tennessee River which winds its way through the downtown area.

48. Point Or Pointed
As we were driving by the building in which I worked in Chattanooga, I could not help but notice how pointed it looked from the ground up and how beautifully the clouds were reflecting in the glass. I worked on the top floor for many, many years and never took a photo of the building, which I always thought was a very attractive one. On this day, I decided to stop, take some time and photograph it. I am glad I did.
34. Faith
Although I am of a faith other than Catholic, I was admiring the rosary beads of a friend of mine recently. She graciously offered to let me use them in my 52-Week Challenge.
21. What A Choice!
A trip to my hometown would not be worthwhile for my husband if he did not stop in at one of his favorite restaurants. This is only a small sample of the pastries they display. Across from this display is another one filled to capacity. What a choice!
